These profiles contain selected 2000 Census social, economic and housing data. The data come from both the Census Short Form (100 percent counts) and the Census Long Form (sample data):
58-page Profiles (2000 Census):
These profiles include detailed information from the 2000 Census Long Form (sample data) on education, income, poverty, housing, and other demographics. The profiles for other geographies (zip codes, tracts, etc.) are available for purchase.
16-page Profiles (2000 Census):
These profiles are generated from Summary File 1 data (SF1) and are from the Census Short Form and represent 100 percent counts of population and housing units. Short Form data are limited to tables containing race, age, sex, tenure, total housing units, family relationship and total population counts.
